Argento Limone, a family affair
Paul and Kylie first established their property in 2003 after spending time exploring and falling in love with the Gippsland Lakes Region. They have spent many years planting and developing a productive garden overlooking the lake systems that by 2010 was producing enough fruit for distinctively flavoured olive oil and citrus liqueurs.
Argento Limone was gradually developed after time spent in Orvieto, Italy. With the support and contacts of Kylie's parents relationships were developed with locals who guided us through learning about traditional methods of food and alcohol production. Umbria is renowned for its passion for simple, rustic food and excellent seasonal local produce. Traditional recipes are handed down through generations and Paul and Kylie are very proud to have been entrusted with their own treasured versions.
